I was recently in London on business and had time to visit the Row. When I was at the Kilgour store I noticed the salesman's spread-collar seemed to sit farther back on his neck and collar-bone, giving him a more fitted and distinguished look. I noticed this on a few other men in the area too. Part of this might have been the natural result of a fairly strong spread collar but the shirt also seemed to be cut in a way so that it sat farther back. is this possible or am I confused? Has anyone else noticed this or know what the style is called?
Thanks for the help!
