Need help finding a warm winter jacket.

I live in Norway, so it gets quite cold in the winter and I am in the need for a new jacket.

First I´ll say something about my style. I´m a metalhead to the bone, so it´s a bit rocked out really. I like to wear really slim dark denim pants, military style boots, a black studded belt, and I really love my leather jacket. The problem is, it´s starting to get really cold, so I can´t walk around in my thin leather jacket any more, and I cant seem to find any jackets that I like.

Could I get some help with inspiration? Most of my clothes are really tight fitting, and I´m looking for a jacket that´s not too "fluffy". Also since I´m not too interested in fashion (even though I like to look presentable), I have no idea on where to start looking. Some help please. The more various suggestions I can get, the easier it will be to find something that I like.

I´m also going to be wearing it with a scarf smile.gif

I'd get the Canada Goose Chilliwack - expensive but a great jacket.

 

Next expensive is a Hood Headlamb Classic jacket - cotton and hemp shell, designed for those cold Amsterdam winters, completely lined with a soft satin fur.

 

I also have a vintage Schott MS 674 bomber jacket with a fur mutton collar and the body is completely lined with a soft fur - my favorite leather jacket in the cold.

 

For the ultimate in warmth, nothing beats a sheepskin B-3 leather jacket - the same one worn by US Army Air Force bomber crews sitting in unheated cabins at 20,000 feet.

 

There is always the classic N3B parka - perhaps the finest cold weather parka ever made - will keep you warm at temperatures well below zero.

 

A lot of variety and styles of warm winter jackets are available. I hope you find something suitable for the Norwegian winter.
