Hey,
i'm looking for a cheaper alternative of this jacket:

My only comment is that you might not want an alternative to Lewis Leathers. The quality is stunning. Get them to take the logo off, of course, and be sure that you get your measurements right. But I love my Dominator and have not seen anything else that compares.

how do i get them to take the logo off and do lewis leathers jackets fit larger or smaller or just like the actual measurement? and sorry if this is a stupid question, but i'm not familiar with that type of sizing, could you explain it to me?

Its not a stupid question. I recommend that you get in touch with them via the website to discuss the details of the sizing. What they tell you will be more accurate than what I say. But you will need to be ready to give them some detailed measurements, from which they can customize your jacket. I think they want your chest, stomach, waist, and bicep circumferences, if I recall correctly. The two other measurements that are crucial are for the sleeves and for the back. My memory is that they didn't ask for these, but I recommend that you bring them up to make sure that you get these right. Sometimes motorcycle jackets are cut a little long in the back and sleeves to accommodate a riding position. But if you aren't riding you will want a normal fit.

The sizing for the jackets is generally pretty snug. I normally wear a size 40 suit jacket, but I bought a 42 and this was the right choice. I think that going TTS is mainly for people who want them to be skin tight over just a tee shirt. But this is something they can advise you about better than I can. As for the logo patch, just ask and they will take it off (or not put it on in the first place). I found that ordering from them was very easy and the the turnaround was very fast, especially since I still lived in the US when I ordered.
