Idegen -

Although it is downtown, I have used the Bee cleaners on 10th and Salmon for three suits and two sport coats with good results.  I just mentioned to them that maintaining the lapel role was important to me and they said "of course."

PM Stu. He'll be glad to discuss details with you. Great guy. It partly depends on the quality of the suit and how it was manufactured.
My cleaners are decent but they definitely don't go to the lengths that Stu does. When I asked them if they hand-pressed the lapels with a roll, they said they would be happy to do that and would also be happy to press them flat which they claimed many customers prefer. Given that I generally only have my suits dry cleaned once a season, I have to start using Stu.

If your client's housekeeper consistently used the hanger backwards, she must be able to tell the difference somehow. smile.gif
