The Name's Ford, Tom Ford - Page 9

What parka is craig wearing in the film?
i don't think he wore a parka in QoS. If you talking about the casual jackets one was don't by Tom Ford, the other two were Y-3 and Prada.

I was referring to the parka in the picture from Skyfall a few pages back, actually.

With the new trailer, we get a closer look at some of the suits! They look like they certainly move well, as he moves. Some of those silhouettes (if you stop it quickly whenever they show Bond standing in his suit) are extremely sleek and impressive, even if the jacket and slimmer pants are on the "too-trendy" side for some. Btw, I think the trailer looked absolutely outstanding in terms of a preview of the film itself. My excitement for November 9th is ramped up even more!

Agree :) Can't wait for this. Especially to get an extra look of all the suits in the movie. Tom Ford is amazing...

I'd imagine that everything Bond wears will be Ford.

Its hard to tell because the tell tale signs of a TF suit (Milanese Lapel button hole and the last sleeve button being longer) Cant be seen. But I'm 100% sure that is a TF dinner jacket as its a sky fall poster. Craig might wear other brands (Brioni, Brunello Cucinelli) on his spare time but this poster was for the movie.

Yes, that is Tom Ford. And just as much the work of costume designer Jany Temime. It's the most Tom Ford-looking piece in the film, since the lapels are sufficiently wide (though still not wide by conventional standards) and I believe the trousers have pleats. Still, the jacket length and button stance need to come down an inch and the jacket is much too tight overall. Ford likes a close cut, but still a neat cut. This cut is the decision of Temime, not Ford. Just look at all the creases at the waist, and it's spreading open at the chest. And we're supposed to believe he can conceal a gun under that? A card case wouldn't even fit in there. At least all the details are correct, and I'm sure the blue is exaggerated on the poster. It looks like a proper midnight from all else I've seen.
