I'm thinking of a project for casual outerwear (basically something I'll wear over my sweater or whatever - i.e., when not wearing a jacket - when going out to a bar to meet friends). I'm thinking something with four pockets, kinda styled like this:

except in a grey or brown and cream herringbone tweed...thoughts? Suggestions? What are your favorite casual outerwear pieces?
