i'm sure you can make a decent looking outfit out of fast fashion brands, but it's a matter of how long the clothes will last, not to mention the material usually feels gross because it's cheap fabric. cityofgentleman just can't seem to get an outfit to go together, regardless of what brand it is lol.

take away the tie and this actually isn't that bad.
yeah, that was my thought too.
jacket fits, pants fit & are a good length, cuffs look good and aren't too big, can't really tell what the boots are but they look fine.
Yup gotta agree. Credit where it's due, he looks pretty good in that photo.
I feel like I need to post this because I've made a couple of posts bagging him when he's dressed ridiculously (or written poorly). Play the outfit, not the man. :)

The place is a goldmine:
"The bolo tie has struggled in fashion circles. Its misfit status arises from an unfortunate pairing: while developed by Native Americans, bolo ties are often associated with Republican politicians from western states. There’s something unsettling about seeing a cowboy hat paired with the peaceful tranquility of turquoise and sterling silver handcrafted by the Hopi, Navajo, Zuni, or Pueblo. This tension presents a sartorial dilemma for us non-westerners – is the bolo tie formal or informal? Is it better worn as an actual tie with a suit or more as a necklace with jeans? We don’t know. So we’ll double down on the internal conflict and wear it with a short sleeve tuxedo shirt."
