I believe someone said a little ways down to lose the orange. That would be step one. Also ditch the blue in the title. It doesn't all have to be black and white, but those colors are garish. Until you can really match colors well, maybe just stay with shades of a single color (though I would keep it white or very light gray where the orange currently is). I would also reduce the type size and try a different font. Honestly, the best thing you can do right now is find another blog you like and just copy it. Better yet, go around and look at a ton of blogs and steal the ideas you like. Hell, go look at mrporter.com. It's an e-tailer but their design is really nice. Next step is go look at a ton of runway shows on GQ or something and figure out what you like in terms of clothes. Don't copy menswear bloggers; if you're going to copy someone's style, copy a designer's. This is all just like anything else—you need to study if you want to know what you're doing.
