What's the most fundamental garment in your wardrobe?
We're finishing work on our new collection, so this question has been on our mind lately. We know lots of guys who will say that a suit is the lynchpin of their wardrobe, but we disagree. We think it's the shirt - the white shirt.
And why not? What other garment does a better job of setting off the cut of a suit or highlighting the supple como silk of your favorite necktie? You might think that a white shirt says nothing, but it definitely amplifies the statements made by the rest of your outfit.
