Yawn. There's only so much you can do with this franchise honestly. The grapics look great, but they usually do. But the mission set up has been very much the same since San Andreas. Chase this, Kill that guy, Escape these guys. I'm very underwelmed by this trailer.

Nice enought, though I really liked GTA 4 and the "new york" setting it had. Big fan of metropolis like cities, with huge building and all. But a change of scenery like this one wouldn´t be so bad. Hopefully, the protagonist will be a cool guy.

The trailer shows the protagonist is quite possibly an old man ("I wanted to retire from that... that line of work").
I would guess this no longer means starting out doing low-end missions (i.e. driving people around), as he would already be wealthy ("bought a big house" etc.) Definitely not a rags to riches story. As you can see in the trailer, there is what looks like a crop duster plane and a jewellery heist taking place(0:47). The trailer is also chuck-full of hints at real estate management.
So I'd surmise the missions will be very interesting, as you start out higher in the criminal food chain.

By the way, there have been suggestions the main character is an older (60-61) Tommy Vercetti , with the voice over sounding like Ray Liotta who did Tommy in Vice City.

Wow, opposite reaction. I was overwhelmed by the graphics and that music.

I had some of the funnest gaming experiences of my life playing GTA4 multiplayer with my friends so I'm definitely looking forward to this.

Yep. Good choice. Surprised I've never heard it. Seems to be one of those lesser known 60s prog rock albums

graphics look really good for a seamless open world gta game. lighting is great and ART STYLE is through the goddamn roof like it always is. fresh and different and the potential characters and npc's all look interesting and unique. the swagger of the walks.. etc.

i hope they have a huge map.. and i hope that if they are doing san andreas they include the 3 cities from before, maybe even more.. take us to mexico! but if they shrink it down to just los santos plus some outskirts that will be a letdown.

planes and fun stuff have to be back. they showed so many planes.

but looks like it will still be on the x360. i hate the x360.

also i'm hoping for a pumped up quality pc release on this one.

It may be the same thing over and over again, but this looks great. I always enjoyed the beautiful cities they created, with GTA IV being nothing short of magnificent. Liberty City wasn't as big, but it was incredibly rich with details and interiors (finally). I can't wait to see how they improved it this time around

Dare I say it...... DESTRUCTIVE ENVIRONMENTS??

It's official. GTA V will be taking place in Southern California.

There is Small Faces (1966) and Small Faces (1967). The latter album is actually really good, surprisingly.

By sucks, I mean it wasn't the prog rock album I was hoping for.
