Wool G9 Styling advise

Hi
I am looking for adivise and suggestions to what to wear with a charcoal wool/cashmere Baracuta G9.
I am 28 and trying to dress up in everyday life, but I have found that wearing this jacket with shirt/tie/slacks give me an instant 50+ feel.
It's getting colder here so what kind of hat and scarf could work?
I wanted to study the WAYWT threads, but haven't figured out to make a specific search.
