my first MTM shirt

so I was the only one who probably didn't have shirts made on purpose for him, thus some weeks ago I entered a small famous store in Milan and decided to do it. My first MTM shirt. They had me wear a "template" shirt they had ready, and wrote down what to change. I chose the fabric and it was done.

The result: the shirt is off, much worse than any shirt I could have bought RTW.
Lot of fabric on both my shoulder and my chest.
So my question is: is that normal that the first shirt is off, and not even comparable to a standart RTW shirt? I thought it could be "not perfect" but I dont see how it could be worse than a RTW.

Now I am frightened to say the least. The store is where most men do here, but I cant believe I am so unlucky.
Was also thinking of getting a tailored suit, but now I am very scared.

but I am not asking what you'd change to the shirt, I am just saying the shirt is worse than a RTW shirt. The seller said that being the first we should make some additional change and fine tuning before going to a second shirt. But why then they dont price the FIRST shirt at a lower pricepoint? was your first shirt perfect?

so they made it for a second time, but going through a middle step instead of making directly the shirt in the fabric I chose.
Thus I went and tried the model they prepared. It had two terrible folding creases going diagonally from the armpit to the shoulder. The guy said there is no much more to do, as it depends on my shoulder being slightly inward, and that if I had perfectly squared straight shoulders the creases would disappear....
He will send the shirt back to the actual shirtmaker, he took a couple of pics as well, and try to fix it....

Any suggestion for a good shirtmaker in Milan?
