Snowing/raining in NYC now...ugh...Thinking of picking up a pair for that expressed purpose. Your thoughts?

If not those, what other options would you consider to be better?

If you could cut off / hide all the logos it's probably work.

So outside of the fact that the logo is there, it is a good option?

I haven't seen the boot in person but given the rubber soles and leather I think you should be ok in snow/rain. The boots are on private sale right now and will most likely be included in the normal sale when it begins this Thursday. (Current sale is 40%+15% so ~50%)

^^^^ Please buy a size 12 in brown leather for me and PM me, we will do a Ebay transaction.

I would not wear them in the winter, they're leather.

We're getting our first snow storm soon, i will then get myself a pair of Sorel boots

+1. Sorels are great snow boots. Waterproof and super warm. They do get clammy though.......
