Does anyone know the measurements for the band of outsiders flannel grey suit? In particular, the jacket, in size small and medium. I need the pit-to-pit, shoulder, sleeve and back of jacket lengths. For the pant in size small and medium, I need the waste measurement. I contacted the Band of Outsiders and opening ceremony websites but they did not get back to me.
