I didn't flip through all of it, but if Duke Ellington and Miles Davis weren't on there then it's a stupid list. I stopped reading at Drake.

Duke's missing, but Miles is number 1. Actually not a horrendous list. One of the better efforts from GQ.

I also like how they left out Buddy Holly, but didn't forget to add a handful of side men from shitty indie bands that copy his style.

Also, Drake but no Andre 3000?

I do like that they recognized Johnny Cash, though. Simple elegance like that doesn't usually get recognized.

Andre is #10 or so. Too high, but I like him.

It's a ridiculous concept for a list, because for the most part, being a stylish musician means being a really good musician and has nothing to do with dressing for the part. I wouldn't consider either Justin Timberlake, Drake or that random guy from Kings of Leon more stylish than Randy Newman, mostly because they all make shitty music, the least stylish accessory of all.

Also, where is Bill Evans?

Brian May made great music but his hair is still terrible.

Ditto George Jones, both the flat top and the helmet hair. Actually, most of the great old country singers dressed terrible.

Common should have been on the list.

For worst dressed, Adam Lambert was only #3, but Lenny Kravits was #1?
One looks like an fearless rockstar, the other a sale rack from Hot Topic.

This list is mediocre. I didnt see Michael Jackson anywhere on there.

Michael Jackson wore interesting costumes, but was he ever widely considered a great dresser?

Valid point, however if this was a 'Best Dressed' Musicians list then maybe he wouldn't fit. As far as 'Stylish' I would say he does

I mean for fucks sake Iggy Pop made it:

A decent list. I'm glad that Miles and Chet Baker were on there.

It's appropriate that today is Halloween, because that fucking picture of Adam Lambert scared me shitless.
