Anoth SNAD Case: What Do You Think?

I've been jonesing for a beige shirt so I searched ebay a couple of weeks ago and found this one. Given the seller's feedback I went for it. The shirt finally came today and is black & white, a shirt I already own. On top of that it has a ring around the collar. I emailed the seller earlier today asking where my item was and if they had a tracking number. No reply.

So I emailed them again just now after receiving the shirt stating my concerns and then filed a SNAD case. Will I get my money back plus the return shipping?

But sight unseen, best case scenario is you get what you paid and your shipping (him to you) back, you never get back the shipping you pay from you to him, unless you work out a private deal.
