The Italian linen hoodie jacket is great for spring. I had the sample in my hands, and was quite tempted to, ahem, "lose it", only to find it for spring... The fit is relaxed but slim, the way a light spring jacket, especially in linen, ought to be.
The construction and materials are as good or better than a good part of most of the higher end designer companies out there (lots of similarities to Marni and Margiela pieces), the main difference being that the zippers in those companies tend to be Lampos or Riris, not accessible in general except through custom order, and MJK uses YKK zippers. In the diffusion category (where lots of us uy, very few companies (Rogan, w+h/Wings & Horns, and Acne are the only ones I can think of) use trims of that quality.
