I still say the answer is statistically 1/4, if we assume it is a real multiple choice question, though of course this is part of the paradox.

Well, it would be 1/4.

But, since 1/4 is an option twice, the answer is 2/4, or 50%.

But you only have a 1/4 chance of hitting 50%, so it's not 50%, it's 25%, but you have two chances of hitting 25%, so it's 50%. Oh, wait! Um...
