If you like spicy salmon rolls, next time get a Natto roll at the restaurant. It will change your world.

tbh in some respects spicy tuna/salmon and california rolls are genius. mix leftover pieces of mediocre fish with mayo, sriracha, leftover tempura flakes, leftover whatever you have and voila a food item for really cheap that you can mark up to exorbitant prices to unsuspecting americans. the crab sticks are completely genius too. it's like msm with fish. mash up a bunch of leftover cheap fish, mix some transglutaminase and crab flavor in, roll in the shape of a stick, add red color on the outside. "crab". tastes like bland shit but mix in with a bunch of other ingredients. voila sushi at 4, 5 dollars a pair. hire some illegal immigrants to make them and you have profitable business.

I really enjoy teriyaki chicken Californian rolls and most sushi concerned with eel.
