Marks and Spencer without any doubt whatever.

Marks & Spencer get good reviews, but I'll put in a word for Suitsupply.
Terrible advertising, but good quality suits at a reasonable price.

I've had some excellent experiences at Roderick Charles. They are excellent value for the price and better than Lewin, I think.

Depends what type of suit your going for. Im uk based. M&S generally cater for the older man, suits tend to have a baggy fit (not so fitted) Bicester is good but tends to be pot luck if you get a good one. Also try TK maxx in the larger cities if you can. I picked up a holland esquire suit for £50. Reiss is also pretty good for tailored suits
