Borsalino definitely make a cap like that (at least they had one for SS 2011)

That cap is cool. You probably already know this, but all the men's suits for the show are made by none other than Martin Greenfield. He gave me a tour of the clothes a couple years ago when he was making them for HBO. Cool factoid: a fair amount of the fabric used for the costumes came from Greenfield's own dead stock supply. Some of the heaviest tweeds I have ever seen.
