Fishtail parkas

I've been thinking about getting a fishtail parka for a while now but I haven't made up my mind yet.

The Army surplus versions have been mod staples since the 60s but that's not quite the look I'm going for.

I really like the minimal design and apparently slimmed-down cut of the W+H x Heritage Research version:

$1000 is not cheap, however, and I want to know what else is out there before making a decision. Any recommendations?

I saw a +J version on the uniqlo site. Sort of combo Mac/Parka hybrid. Comes in a few colors.

A lot of japanese brands actually do really cool fishtails. I completely forgot about that CW parka, it's fucking awesome though

The krane mathias up top is ok. I felt like a rapist wearing it though.

I had a Krane fishtail a while back. The hood on that thing was intense. I'm sure I got plenty of stares whenever I put the hood over my head and walked around... not that I'd be able to have seen, though. Don't know why I sold it -- that thing was really nice, and I picked it up off of the Supermarket for $200.

TOJ fishtail is really nice.

TOJ fishtail is really nice.

I just recently noticed Krane since Clothing Brigade got a waxed canvas bomber similar to the W+H one. The Krane fishtail (link) looks real nice.
