What size would that be?

I don't need bespoke shoes... MTO perhaps if thats what it would come down to - but there certainly must be a reason to why there are none (that I am aware of) that fit the bill for RTW.
Especially Carmina - whose Simpson last is like bespoke for me - and uses a lot of shell...

Spoo...I know you say you can't wear boots, but did you ever think that that might be because you're favouring sleek lasts because of how they look off your feet?

I think you should try some more casual shoes and lasts, especially for shell cordovan.

You wouldn't get a heavy green tweed made into a tuxedo...

black shell is the exception IMO, can look good either way.

I love the high walls...I finally figured out what it is about a (relatively) cheap pair of shoes that i like so much- they're on my favourite round toe last which is sleek but with a nice high walled toe box which not only reduces creasing but just looks better than other shoes which are not necessarily more elongated but look it...the clown shoe effect.

Carmina just gets it right.

Yep. They seemed to loosen up a bit so I added a tongue pad which made them perfect.

These Martegani shoes are all shell cordovan and are pretty sleek to my eye (all on the 4B last IIRC). The first is RTW and the last 2 are MTO:

The next two are pictures taken by Ron Rider before he sent me the shoes:
