Yeh I read about her. Wouldn't have any opinions about her been innocent or wrongfully convicted though.

That Wikipedia entry might be rather suspect, appears to be a lot of 'citations needed', especially in the Trial section. I certainly don't hold any credibility to anything posted on Facebook.

Maybe she can go for another appeal or hope for clemency and a reduced sentence. Drug trafficking is a very serious crime, carries a mandatory death sentence in many countries.

As someone who lives and travels in a foreign country, I make damn sure I know what's in my luggage at all times. A Brit was executed here in China for drug trafficking, claims he was innocent.

its quite well discussed in Aus. A few of her family members have drug convictions also

This story is probably more controversial. Its about a 14 year old Australian boy who purchased weed in Indonesia. He was locked up in an Adult prison and is now facing 6 years in Adult prison

People may say its unethical, but it is Indo law

That idiot bogan kid is being put into a detention centre now. First his story is he bought the weed out of pity, then he claims he has an addiction problem so he can be placed into rehab. The fact that government officials have been calling this 'top priority' and the general outcry in the public, people spouting idiotic crap like 'let's turn Bali's tourism into shit' just shows how hypocritical this country can be. The same people who want this kid saved also want offshore processing of asylum seekers and 'to stop the boats'.
