8.5G in Church's Chetwynd = what size in Herring Chamberlain?

I'd like to buy a pair of Herring's Chamberlain, but would appreciate help with the sizing.

I wear an 8.5G in Church's Chetwynd, and know from prior experience that an 8.5F in Herring's Shakespeare II (the 619 last) is a little too narrow for my feet.

Given that the Chamberlain only comes in the F fitting, what size should I get? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: BTW, the Chamberlains come in Cheaney's 11028 last.

note that 11028 last is a little elongated. I have no experience with Church nor the 619. I have the Grassmere (175) in UK6 but went 5.5UK in Gladstone (11028)...BTW, I wear 6.5 or 7 US (AE) and 5.5 C&J (341 and 348)...
