Shirt/Tie combinations for an interview?

I have an interview coming up for an internship at a company that's well known for their laid-back nature. Being a college student, I only have a few shirts and ties but I'm not sure how appropriate they are. Any help? If you have any recommendations for other colors, please contribute as well.

I have a few light blue and white shirts as well as this light blue checked shirt. It's got this interesting pattern that looks striped from afar but checked from close up.

So to recap, I have white, light blue and checked shirts. Which shirt/tie combination would work best with a charcoal suit?

no to all three ties.

www.thetiebar.com is your best friend here. pick something low key.

as to the shirt, its nice, but I'd stick with white for the interview.

Its a navy textured silk. I have it, I think it would go nicely charcoal suit
