Brioni Suit -- Real or Fake? Help Please!

Hi there!
I am a first timer with Brioni suits and this thread has really assisted in recognizing what to look for! However, I would love to have some help with a second hand suit. The Brioni collaboration tag bothers me and the buttonholes as well, but everything else looks fine. Could you guys help me with this one? I haven't had the chance to try it yet but would like to hear your opinion as well
Seller has great feedback on ebay (100%) and has given some extra pictures on my request.

Surgeon's cuffs
Cuffs open. The loose threads on the buttonholes got me worried and I am not sure if they're just loose threads, as this is second hand.
