This are completely brand new with tags. Only tried on once. I have these in medium and I just wanted to see how the small fit. I am a 33 waist and wear a medium. So, if you're smaller, a small should be good--these cinch at the bottom. Basically, the softest, most comfortable, best fitting sweats I've ever had--they look good enough where I'm comfortable wearing them outside. This retails at $150.
