Need help in selecting right pants and blazer size from website

I wear pants sizes with waist between 33-34 and length between 32-33

 

For dress shirts I wear 151/2 34/35. I went on this website and I like the  blazer and pants they are selling but I'm confused based on the measurements they have on there.

 

What size should I select based on  my size? I have copied and pasted the chart below from the site. Thanks

Well the pants you clearly need a size 33.

I'd suggest that you measure a jacket that looks right, and get the closest measurements. Its not all that tough.

How in the world can someone have a chest of 40 inch plus? I'm confused about the chest measurements

What about this chart?

 

Does this mean a size 33 pants will be a 33.9 inch waist line and 44.1 inch length?

 

 

I wear 34 x 32 or sometimes 34x 34. Is my size listed here?

 

Sorry for asking to many questions but I usually try out stuff in most stores before I buy. Buying from internet is little bit of a pain at least for me!
