Went as Wyatt Earp three years ago with a nice waistcoat a tie and a pair of kiddie snap guns strapped to my legs.  Accented with one of my favorite pocket knives and a cigar and it was a huge success.

Now Tombstone was a class western, possibly the best one after the man with no name trilogy.

Get a nice, very elaborate hand-made venetian mask. Preferably with a huge nose. Add suit/tuxedo.

Heck yeah, but there weren't the most fashionable wardrobes in those movies.  Very rustic though.

Last year I wore a western hat (movie prop), jeans, boots, vest, and a *Kansas City Brothel Inspector* badge. My wife was a VERY sexy cowgirl -- *Miss Double D*. With my Winchester rifle and appropriate swagger, I proceeded to make a nuisance of myself all night... Here's a screen grab of my *Infraction* sheet:

Another idea.... you can dress up as the superhero "The Shadow" You get to wield two auto pistols, wear a hat, and a DB suit. Cape for added effect.
