New to the Forum need advice

Hi I am sure you all may be a little tired with the type of question I am about to ask but I need advice none the less.

 

I am tall and thin, 6'4 180 lbs. I have broad shoulders(19.5") and long arms(26" sleeve) with a 40" chest and 34" waist.

 

My question is: with measurements like these to I need to go the bespoke/MTM route or is there some variety of OTR suit out there that could be tailored to good slim fit?

 

Any suggestions for brands/tailors for OTR, MTM, or bespoke would be appreciated.

Welcome to Styleforum.
Have you tried a 44L (L=Long) in jackets? If so, how was the fit?

Yes 44L fits me like a tent. I have a couple of 42 L jackets that  run wide in the shoulder but they have a less an ideal fit.
