I'm leaving for Chicago tomorrow morning and need suggestions for dining and things to do near the Loop. I'm at a conference for 8-10 hours Wed-Fri, so Tuesday is my only non-scheduled day. I will be traveling by myself. My food budget is approximately $40-50ish for dinner with tax and tip. $20ish for lunch. I have a preference for Non-East Asian food.
