is this the reason why this girl has been giving me the cold shoulder?

so basically i go this gym and have been going there for a while.

 

at the desk there is a really cute girl who used to initiate conversations with me every single time i go in and when I'm leaving[beyond the hello hows your day]. but i never really took any steps to go further than that.

 

so a few months ago while i was on my way to school i was just sitting on the bus going to school and she gets on the bus. at first i see her get on the bus and she saw me as well. but i just gave her a glance and went back to browsing my phone[stupid me].

i didn't really wave to her or say hi.

 

now every time i see her at the gym its seems like she is very routine and just scans my card and hands me a towel.

 

should i just assume she got bored and doesn't care anymore or was this bus incident begrudged her attitude towards me?

Maybe she aspires to meet guys with their own transportation?

i have a car, but going to college in the city is not cheap.

 

gas+parking= $25 a day easily

and it takes twice as long as taking the transit.

The bus incidence prety much confirmed you weren't interested at all. Seeing her outside of work was a prime chance to show some interest and you passed. She's done, and rightfully so.

And as is typical of humans, now that she's NOT interested, you're all a-dither about her liking you. rolleyes.gif Do her a favor and leave her be...

yeah so sunday I went to this coffee shop and bought a bag of beans and the barista asked me if she could grind it for me and I replied it isn't necessary and she asked if I had a grinder with which I said yes, then I paid for the beans and went my way.

if she happens to walk past me and doesn't glance do I see this as her finding me uninteresting?

If you wanted to make a move ... why did you wait this long? It's too late now. While you were waiting, she found someone better.

Well if I made it a point to say hi to someone everytime I came across them and the one time we come across each other outside of normal circumstances they barely acknowledge me, I'd for sure treat them differently from then on. If you want to fix things initiate a conversation with her the next time you see her. Don't spend too much time b/c she's working but be just as engaging as she used to be with you and then ask her if she can meet up outside sometime. During your time engaging her on your own initiative, maybe drop a comment about how you zone out sometimes and maybe she'll get the hint about the bus.
