How do you read inner suit labels? Grant me some wisdom!

I've always been curious as how to read the inside labels of suits and figure out: who's the maker, the year it was made, the fabrics/materials, etc.

I tried to do a search, but haven't found a thread on this.

I bet there isn't a standard way you can read those labels. Probably each manufacturer is using its own systems, batch numbers, catalogue numbers, internal date codes, etc. Some things like the 'fabrics/materials' parts are usually quite obvious though. e.g. '100% Wool'. as are things like 'Dry Clean Only.'.
