Well that finale really left the Brody character hanging. Not sure where they're going to go from here.

This was pretty close to how I felt about the season as a whole: http://www.grantland.com/blog/hollywood-prospectus/post/_/id/95263/the-homeland-season-3-finale-too-little-too-late-for-a-lost-show

I did feel a little better about the finale and I'm more optimistic about the next season than Greenwald. Even after this horrendous season, the writers were able to put together some good emotional moments.

Was nice to see the show had the guts to kill Brody. His story had ended and now, hopefully, NO MORE DANA EVERRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!

Actors confirmed as not coming back. Fuck knows what the family drama early season was for.

So no one is going to tell the family that Brody is dead?

Surely this would be all over the world news.

Finally caught up. Can't believe they killed Brody. I have hopes that this show might turn the corner. People talk about Friday Night Lights being one of the best shows EVAR, but I bailed on that show after some really terrible plot lines and obvious contrivances (like adjusting the age of characters to keep them on the show). The acting seems to be what saved that show, so maybe Homeland has a chance.
