Acting was phenomenal. Think about how many words Brody actually said during most of the interrogation - and at the same time all the expressions and feelings that he let through before breaking down. I thought it was really impressive

Grantland had some great things to say about the episode. I agree that the acting was superb, the overall plot was good not great, and I am bracing myself for next weeks episode as per usual.

On to more serious shows this week ... American Horror Story and the League.

kind of in between these opinions on this one. the acting was incredible but it just left me feeling a little flat. maybe its because i've been used to such full throttle episodes that this one felt a little slow.

The episode wasnt perfect but I thought the interogation was incredible. I can watch the scene over and over again.

If you didn't see Episode 6 yet, don't click. (Click to show)

What an episode! Didn't disappoint at all.

When Brody pinned that Bassel guy on the board and said he was the one that made the vest... I thought he never admitted to wearing one..(?)

Why does his wife call him Brody!?

VERY unexpected that the whole team would get blown away. WOW.

It was really obvious that Roya was on to Brody, again, Carrie F'd it up.

What was in the safe and who is the new terrorist guy!? EXCITING!

No, he did.

Why does his wife call him Brody!?

That's just what she calls him.

VERY unexpected that the whole team would get blown away. WOW.

I'm not so sure...

No, he did. - Don't remember.. Will have to re-watch!

That's just what she calls him. - That's silly.

I'm not so sure... - That's the way they made it look. Also, the "Are you sure she said Hezbullah line..." There was something in that.

What was in the safe and who is the new terrorist guy!? EXCITING!

1. Dont think Brody ever actually said he wore the vest but he basically admitted to it in the interrogation and after pinning the guys picture to the pin board.

2. I don't think it;s silly, everyone calls him that and so does she. IT's usually a thing friends and not significant others do but I don't its that silly

3. I think she was suspicious of him: 1. his hand is injured 2. carrie takes a sensitive call in his presence 3. he's suddenly interested in making face to face contact with her 4. however, though suspicious, I think she already knew the bomb makers site was compromised and took steps to secure it or its contents

Last week's episode was fab.
Show is good for at least one Holy Sh!t!/WTF? moment each week (absolutely love it).

Btw, awesome SNL spoof of Homeland last night.
(Hathaway brutalized Claire Danes.)

I thought that was pretty lame actually. Some of it was amusing but don't see how Claire Danes was "brutalized".

the showing up of the daughter with the sweater was great. so was Hader's impersonation of Saul.

this week's episode wasn't that great.
