I'll take a shot in the dark and say one of the pairs is Fiorentini + Baker. I dig both pairs so looking forward to finding out where they are from.

Thanks for the info Unc!
Supposedly the company makes hand made boots from Italy.. What's the quality of lower priced line like the one above compared to ones of similar price range like Fiorentini + Baker?

Any recommendations for those wanting stylish winter boots in a 3E width? I'm tempted by the Bayfield from AE but have reservations about its winter readiness, even with Sno-Seal. I've considered Wolverines, not exactly stylish, but they'll fit... anything else to consider?

At 264 euros, Parachoc Super Touring boots don't come cheap. They are waterproof, stylish urban and casual hiking boots.  They come in a D width but the standard European sizing is TTS. Made in France by Richard Pontvert's Paraboot company.

Hi all,

I'm looking for my first non-sneaker shoe for this winter and came across these:

http://havenshop.ca/collections/stussy-deluxe/products/x-timberland-gore-tex-leather-chukka-black

I liked the styling and vibram soles (gortex liner is a plus too), but am kind of reluctant to spend $300 on timberlands...

Any comments would be appreciated. nod[1].gif

Cool-looking Timberland collab. Like the crepe soles. Every one seems to be copying Diemme this season. shog[1].gif

If you liv somewhere with lots of snow and ice, I would get something with a better sole.

Any leads on Buttero or f+b sales at Barney's or anything? Looking to cop some nice black boots but under $300.

Hello Everyone,

I am looking to purchase winter boots in Toronto. Could you recommend boots that would go along with business attire. My estimates from my place to work is approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Thank you
