I'm waiting for the episode where he's dumping bodies in Biscayne Bay and a bigass hammerhead hops in the boat. Dexter has to jump over it to survive. That would really be fitting.

Really good finale. Can't wait to see how they plan to wrap this show up in the next two seasons.

+1. I don't know how they're going to deal with that HUGE reveal at the end though.

HUGE, really? I could see it coming a mile away.

And when you think about it, it's really stupid.
Because Deb said she was going to meet Dexter there to comb over evidence and what not. What kind of person, whose goal is to never get caught, would set up a kill room at a CRIME SCENE?
I get it was done for symbolism but honestly it just showed how ****** the writing has gotten for this show. Terrible terrible season.

She never said she was going to meet with him there. She actually just asked him to do a final evidence sweep so "we can clear it", which I assume means so the department can remove it from some list.

She went there after talking with her psychiatrist because she needed to bring up the fact that she's in love with him, to him. She knew where he'd be because she asked him to go there.

You're right, my bad. Either way it's still stupid on his part, she and presumably others would know where he was.

Correct on that point. Also, no boat...where is the body going to be left? I think he said something about leaving Gellers body parts in the swamp...probably more of the same?
