It appears fragmented at best. I was in the Beverly Hills store a couple of weeks ago and they had a couple of styles in stock ( Grant, Eden and the Double Monk with a medallion).
There were a couple on display as expensive MTO options via EG ( a Balmoral and a couple in exotic skins).
I have only ever seen the G&G Narvel , as a one off a year and a half or so ago.
Back in June - Bond Street had two styles of G&G on Sale.
As I understand it, the Itai Shoes are all S. Sassetti.
