Where to buy sweater vests/

I'm looking for a couple of thin sleeveless button front sweater vests to wear under sport coats. I'd like to find a royal purple and burgundy. I could not find anything in local Denver stores or on-line. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

has anyone had any experience with the alpaca sweater vests that are constantly available on ebay? they look pretty good. nice range of colors.

this didn't go anywhere, so i went ahead and gave them a try. I got what they call "fine alpaca" in burgundy ... it's just what i wanted at a very decent price ($35). nothing that's going to make anyone do handstands, but a really good staple piece.

Hi foodguy, I'm curious to see what you think about the quality of the vest and also, where was it made? Are there tags that indicate where exactly it was made? They say Peru, but I'm curious.

quality seems good, but what do i know about alpaca quality? sweater seems well-sewn. but it's new and i haven't put any wear on it. tag says it was made in peru. like i said, given a choice, i'd rather be wearing loro piana. but for $35 i think it's a good value in a staple piece.
