Unfortunately and honestly, there are so many things wrong the suit should be scrapped.

Eiither

a) have the tailor/clothier make a new suit at no cost to you; or

b) if the refuses to make a new suit, go elsewhere in the future.

Better luck on the next suit.

If this is tailor made you should probably get a refund...it won't be difficult to find a better tailor

besides agreeing with most of the above comments (keep in mind that getting this kind of work done is a PROCESS, not just a result, so it takes a few times to make it really good. MTM/Custom stuff has the POTENTIAL to be better than OTR but it usually takes a few tries to get there), I'll also just add that I think for a guy of your 'stature/size' you may want to consider a single pleat on the pants to alleviate that pocket flair.
