Suggestions on a shell boot for fall with a dainite or commando sole? I like the Alden wingtip boots, but I can't find them with a weather-resistant sole. Love those Carmina above... Any idea if they come in Ravello and with a commando or dainite sole? Those would be perfect.

The captoe peals are super nice. Pricey at full price, but they often go on sale.

Rider Boot in Walnut shell, commando soles.

Just got these florsheim shell PTBs from a fellow SF member. Flash makes them look lighter than they are. I can assure you that they are #8 darker color. Did the mac method and I got the shine up nicely, IMO. So far, all I’ve put on these is good ol’ elbow grease. Had a couple of questions: What color edge dressing for these? Also, there seems to be some whitish color where the shoe bends are. Any way to remove these or are they just part of the shell character.
