Rider mahogany shell captoe boot reddit gmto formed by @Deusis

The quality is awesome. Love the mahogany color and its depth. The other thing Ive noticed is that this shoe actually has an arch in it. Good stuff.

That Mahogany is interesting indeed.  Looks like Ravello.

My Mahoganies are more burgundy than that, like, lots more burgundy.

The; "Name that Shell Shade" game is always fascinating.

Nice score.

Im taking it out into the sunshine today. It looked light brown in artifical lighting and more burgandy in low lighting.

Custom made pair of Rider Boot Co. Wingtip Boots. This took an existing pattern Ron has on his website and added a few more perforations to balance it out a bit more.

This pair is made from Horween Scotch Grain Brandy Shell Cordovan. Natural colored welt and edge dressing with the Sestriere sole. Very, very pleased with how these turned out.

Full image album here.

My take from the Rider GMTO. #4 captoe boot.
Glad to have sized them correctly for a very wearable boot.
