How high are they if you don't mind measuring? And how did you size them? Would you be able to compare their sizes to Alden, C&J, or AS? Is this the Robert last or another? The website doesn't seem to list the Robert, but that seemed to be the igent's preferred round toe from Carmina.
Sorry I haven't gotten to this question in the thread until now---thanks for PMing me so I could address it to you sooner! I was actually looking for brown bal boots with rubber soles, but those apparently do not exist. These Carminas, however, more than suffice!
For posterity: Yep, these are the 80184 in light cognac. 1 1/4" heel, 8" total height (including heel), 3-3 1/4" wide tongue. I usually wear a US 9 or narrow 9.5, and these 8.5s fit me well! I lace them pretty much as tightly as possible, but I think an 8 would probably be too small. Having glanced at the side of their box and seen that it says "Oscar," I believe that is their last! Unfortunately, I can't compare them to Alden, C&J, or AS.
EDIT: To add last information.
