I have tried on the Gianni. I found it considerably bigger than those three models. I would need to go 1/2 size down (or perhaps full size down) on that model. But frankly it just didn't fit my foot very well so I took a pass on it.

Interesting. So for the Gianni you would suggest sizing an entire size down from your US Brannock? Say I'm a 13D Brannock, you would suggest a 12D Gianni?

Hard to say. I can only tell you my experience, which was that the Gianni TTS for me was waaaaay big, and I have my doubts that a half size down would have done the trick. But I was only able to try on the one that was TTS and no others.

I spy some subtle battle scarring; looks good.

Very nice sir. Do your RL penny's get much wear in the summer?

I wear a 7.5 in Barrie and Van last (Van last is snug without socks). I am currently wearing 8D in Lindricks (they fit just slightly bigger my 7.5D truebalance indy, I wear a thicker sock in both).

What size should I get for the Marlow penny?

They are relatively new, but I know that I'll be wearing them a lot.

Lots of bloom on the Lindricks today. It's been a few weeks since I have worn them and it looks like I will have to clean them up a bit.

Just got the penny marlows from eddievedder. Great stand up seller. Fighting the urge to wear these tomorrow, but I need to do a slow break-in and it's almost midnite!

Sizing: these are my 2nd C&Js and I took the same size as my Marlow wingtips. These may be very slightly snugger, but it's all good.

Congratz! Enjoy them!

Did you size down or stay TTS? I stayed TTS for both the penny and the WT.

TTS. 9d. I measure 9d on the brannock. However, I take the AE 5 last shoes at 9.5.  Alden barrie last in 9d (calf) and 8.5D in shell.

Interesting, I am also TTS (10.5D) on AE 5 last. Barrie 10D. I am waiting my 10D Alden CXL boots on barrie. Hope they fit okay.

From what you're describing you sound more like a 9.5 Brannock. I am also a 9D Brannock, but take my AE 5 last in 9D, and Marlow Wingtips and Pennies in 8.5D. This shows how different feet can be. I guess it's also how comfortable people's feet feel in different sizes.

Maybe. My only pair of Alden shell are the 975s, which are the chunky longwings. It could be that these are extra roomy because of their style.  That's why I took 8.5 (?).

The gravitational pull of the 9s is strong...

Thanks for posting. Was curious what Ed's shoes would look like. Thought they be darker, or is it just the picture.

They're all the same. The ones I received directly from RL were that light too.
