I don't get it. Why did the first seller let them go so cheaply? And mislabel the retail as $600? They definitely retail for much more than that.

First seller probably knows nothing about C&J / RL / Cordovan. Also, $600 is probably what they were "valued" at at whatever outlet they were bought from. I assume that the seller bought them for 75% off $600 so still made a tidy profit.

Man that's my size. How depressing.

That first sale was definitely a steal, and yes, I'd bet he still made a few bucks at $300. 2nd listing was not a sold at price, the listing ended. I believe the 2nd seller is a member here.

May not be the same, the first one was with the box, the second one without.

Btw, what's the name of that model?

It's the same boot, you see it in the feedback. And probably cause original seller shipped shoes in the shoe box and damaged it

I know the sizing opinion varies on the Marlow Wingtips from TTS to 1/2 size down, but returning/exchanging products for me is a real hassle since I'm not in the US. I'm a 11 on the Brannock device, regular width, bordering on wide, 10.5 in the Alden Indy, 10 in Lanvin, 44 in Common Projects. Should I try my luck with an 11 or still size down?

Also, are the Marlow PTB only available in-store?

I am 13D in Alden Indy truebalance last. The marlow wingtip in 13D were too tight on me originally and hurt my feet. After the corkbed sank a little they are now more wearable with thin socks, but still feel a bit tight and constricted. The toebox is more constricted and comes down to more of a point than an Alden Indy. Your feet are different so YMMV.

Sym, The Marlow wingtips and ptb's are fine shoes. I measure as an 11.5D on the brannock device. I ordered both the 11D and the 11.5D. The 11.5 I returned. Yes, you are correct in that the ptb's must be ordered directly from a Ralph Lauren Flagship store. I would suggest that you call Darrin Durkee at the NYC Madison ave. location. He will be more than happy to assist you.
