As others have said, that doesn't look like 4-5 wears. Mine have been worn more and look far, far less beaten up. They just have creases from wear.

Question -

Im too busy/lazy to polish my shell the proper way. Do you know if any shoeshine stands, etc. know how to properly polish shell? Has anyone ever taken your shell to someone else to shine?

Spoo, have you checked with B. Nelson? I'm sure if you specified they were shell they would know what to do with it.

They do a great job. They shined up my Lindricks at SF10 and I couldn't be happier. Keep it mind it's about $15-20.

I'm flying out JFK today via jet blue. I'll try to get my BB peal boots shined

Odd, prices at JFK are 30-50% cheaper than SF and the shoe shine guy confirmed this.

JFK:
Bulletproof shine is $12
Glass is $10
Basic is $10

The best shine I've ever received was on the streets in Peru for $1.
