It seems hit and miss. I went into the San Francisco store today on my lunch and the lady there didn't seem to really know about it and said as far as she knows, the PTB is not part of it. She was going to check with someone else but I had to get back to work and didn't want to wait around. 

 

I wish all the stores had more cohesiveness in their sales policies. 

Try the Palo Alto, CA store for the PTB's. Close in half hour I think...

My favorite RL store Palo Alto... umm the old days when you cruised in had a couple of Scotch's at the store bar and ordered.  My first and only Crocks from that store, I thought I was nuts at the time paying $850 or so... now there like $2000+ or so if you could find them. Killer low vamp loafer and my all time favorite party shoe.  Does anyone else have this loafer?  Dope Shoe....

Life is soooooo-o-o-o full of disapointments!!!

 

 

I spoke with a SA yesterday and she said "don't worry Sir, the sale extends through to May 7th, the discount will still apply if Sir orders tomorrow"

 

Today the SA says "sorry Sir, there appears to be an error on our website which has been corrected and updated today"   -  grrrr

 

I did not buy straight away because the SA said she could only sell me a 10D, but, if i waited for today she could get a pair of 10E from another store.

 

Today she can get a 10E, but no discount!!!!

 

Why didn't I buy the shoes, leave them with her and then return for an exchange in the correct size!!!!!

I feel your pain, I'm in a similar situation.... My proxy were supposed to pick up the wingtip and the penny loafer, but I was unable to get in touch with him for the 3 last days, and now the sale has ended.. 

 

If anyone ordered a pair of wingtips and/or penny loafers in US10.5D and got the sizing wrong, or are just looking to get rid of them, please give me a PM!

Yes. You should always order as soon as you can when you find out about a deal. Especially when it's a store like RL that has a good return policy. There really is very little risk in doing so.

So I guess I should consider myself lucky that I was able to get the Marlows, $550. shipped.
