Take a look on AAAC. I think I remember a long thread about the differences between these shoes. If you can't find it, you should make a thread over there. I know there are a lot of Shell PTB lovers on the Trad board.

Doesn't A/E use a fiberglass shank in some of their models? Not sure if they were phased out....
