Very cool. Is this a vintage find?

NYR - so...much...tweed...in a good way.

Having seen your beautiful jacket from the London Lounge fabric (reddish brown with red overcheck), your recommendation doesn't surprise me :) Thanks!

Thanks. Not vintage, Polo RL, picked it up from Marshall's last night.

Suited, looks good. Which Marshalls? Are there more?

and that tie is superb.
Question - what are the trousers? assuming they are mtm? I have a pair of oatmeal harris herringbones that look similar in colour at least.

Funny, if my girlfriend didn't tell me, I wouldn't know you were talking about the sweater (vest).

To be honest, I do believe you should have the trousers lengthened a tad.  They really should cover about 2/3 of the shoe.  Even if you prefer a 'no break' look, they need to be longer.

The pant could be lower but the cuff size is impressive! Is that 2 inches or bigger? I thrifted a pair of khakis that are too long and I'm having a 1 1/2 inch cuff put on to make it just right. I'm not bold enough for a bigger cuff yet.

Palm Beach Gardens - they had 1 more in a 40L.

Drat!  I haven't been a 40L since I was an undergraduate in the late 60's.  Oh well, I'll just save up and have MyTailor.com make me one--minus the belt.  A half belt will be quite sufficient since I can't stand stuff dangling around and can't be bothered buckling and unbuckling a belt that has no function.

That looks like 2''. Looks goot, although pants seem slightly short to me...

Excuse the crappy iPhone photo...

I dug some old Orvis tweed pants out of the closet this morning. I haven't put these on in a while and I was recently reminded of them. I think next week I'm going to have to drop them off at the tailor to have them let down a half inch or so.
